Do you offer IT Audits?

Yes! We offer a free basic IT audit to all new clients. This is a high-level review of your entire IT environment where we will identify issues and propose improvements. This will be provided to you in a report upon which you can decide whether to engage us to carry out those improvements and to look after your cloud services on an ongoing bases.

Do you offer on-site services?

For home users, we are happy to visit your home if you reside in Whatcom, Skagit and Snohomish Counties. However, there is a travel surcharge for travel beyond the Blaine/Birch Bay area. Get in touch so we can provide you an accurate quote.

For businesses, much of our services are built with the cloud in mind which allows us to support your business no matter where you and your employees are located. We love getting to know our clients and we are happy to meet in person no matter where you are located in Washington State or Oregon.

Does BayTech America sell hardware?

As a business, we recognize the importance of conserving for our planet to reduce waste going to landfill and excess CO2 emissions, therefore we strongly believe in the principle of upcycling. Finding new homes for older hardware, fortunately for you, this means you can get capable hardware at low prices. Either if you need to replace parts for your existing investments or need a cost-effective intermediary solution, we have you covered!

Do you offer Managed Services?

At this time we do not offer a fully managed service offering with helpdesk support. However, we are able to manage Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS tenants on your behalf. This can include end-user account provision, mailbox management, SharePoint site management and Microsoft Teams. Are your services insured?
